What to expect at a session...
Service Description
When you arrive, we will briefly discuss how you are feeling and what you would like to focus on during your session. You will then lie comfortably on a massage table, fully clothes, in a calm and relaxing environment. During the session, gentle hand placements are used to help balance your energy and support your body's natural healing process. Many people experience warmth, deep relaxation, or a sense of peace.
Cancellation Policy
To honor both your time and mine, I kindly ask for at least a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated cancellations and/or late rescheduling may require a non-refundable deposit to secure future bookings. Thank you for your understanding and support!
